When selling our older house, Michael helped us hire a contractor to paint and do some small repairs to get the house ready for sale. He worked directly with the contractor to make sure he addressed all the repairs to our satisfaction. Our house received an offer within the first week, in large part to the efforts Michael put into showcasing the house.

Shelly was a professional selling my home from start to finish! After researching dozens of real estate agents I chose her because of a number of reasons. She hires a professional stager to come to your house to help you decide on what needs to stay and go for showings and pictures. This comes out of her fee. It's not extra out of your pocket. Something like that can make a HUGE difference. She also hires a professional photographer to take home pictures. I love that she does not try to diy these important steps. Homes are sold on the internet before someone ever walks in your house. I can't stress how important they are and you do t want to leave it to someone's amateur work. She helped me quickly get my house on the market. And we ended up selling and closing in a record 14 days with multiple offers. Listen to her! She has the best advice on pricing, staging, timing, etc... she is honest and up front about the challenges that might come up. She isn't going to make decisions for you but she definitely helped guide me through everything. She is absolutely down to earth and level headed in what can be a stressful time for a buyer/seller. That was the 3rd house we have sold and was the smooth experience we ever had with home sales/purchases.
Another thing, when agents were contacting me to schedule showings I had SEVERAL praise Shelly to me. More than one said "you picked a good one" "she's great to work with" "Shelly is a gem". In a highly competitive field the recognition from your peers speaks volumes.
